Couldn’t I repair my heater or air conditioner myself?
You could, but since we’re trained in this specific trade, we know what parts to test and how to go about making the repairs or replacing the unit (if it needs to be replaced). Our technicians can save you time and money from running around searching for the right parts and then making the repairs once you arrive home.
What is the difference between in floor radiant heat versus geo thermal heating?
In floor radiant heating is created by placing coils directly beneath your flooring with the main source of heat being pulled from your boiler or water heater. Geo thermal heating is an entire system designed underground which utilizes the natural heating and cooling from the earth in conjunction with electric power.
Do you offer any warranties?
Yes, to an extent, the products we sell are supported by the manufacturer’s original warranty. Should you need further assistance, our staff will be happy to answer your specific questions about your particular units make and model to help guide you in the right direction. And we do offer maintenance agreements that will cover certain services over a particular time frame as well.

Yes, our business as a whole is licensed, bonded and insured for the safety and security of both parties involved. All of our technicians are certified, qualified and experienced in their particular field. Additionally, all our team goes through a background check upon hiring.
Am I able to get a quote before I make an appointment with your company?
Yes, but only for certain services. For system replacements or installations and bathroom remodeling projects, our team will come out and give you a free in-home estimate. All other service estimates please call our office for assistance.
What information do you need when I call in heating or cooling repairs?
It would be ideal if you could have the make, model, serial number and year of your particular brand on hand, along with a description of the problem you are having, and for how long this has been happening. The more information you can provide us with, the better we will be able to assess your heater or air conditioner upon the arrival of our technicians. If you’re not able to gather any details, that’s okay too, we are very capable of determining all of that when we can actually see your unit.
I hear all this talk about energy efficient appliances, how do I know if my home has any of these great energy savers?
A majority of the older makes and models (1980’s and older) of heaters, air conditioners, commodes, water systems, etc. typically do not have the energy efficiency that the newer models have these days. Another way to find out is if you notice a drastic change in your utility and/or water bill, that could be a big indicator that it’s time to update.
My husband has allergies pretty bad, animal dander in particular, what would you recommend we do to help, “Purify” our home?
Every household is different and requires different methods. Wild’s Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. sells certain brands of air purifiers along with humidifiers, and we also change out air filters as well.
